Like new 3 modular stalls 12 x 10 each, 45 interlocking mats, moving in Mount Sterling, Ohio For Sale

MOVING TO FL, MUST SELL asap, I have like new, one never used, animal modular stalls. They are a heavy steel construction with tongue and groove ponderosa pine. They have sliding doors that lock and a feeder door that swings open and locks. The stall fronts are 12 foot wide and the 10 foot deep. The dividers are all solid wood/heavy steel construction. They are all four sides and can stand alone clipped together as they share two common walls, on dirt or cement. I am selling for less than my cost not including the labor for the 106 boards that had to be cut and slid into the channels and finished off. It took 3 days to complete the work cutting the boards and finishing them off. Also includes 45 interlocking mats that go underneath and all around the stalls. The mats are 4' x 6'. Each mat weighs 100 lbs so very high quality mats.. I am trying to make these very affordable and get them sold. Must sell. I have decided to sell my home and don't need them as I am boarding my horses down in FL.
