MAKE OFFER, MOVING TO FL, MUST SELL, I have three brand new, never used, no horse has stepped foot in the stall or on the mats, modular stalls purchased at Cashman's. They are a heavy steel construction with tongue and groove ponderosa pine. They have sliding doors that lock and a feeder door that swings open and locks. The stall fronts are 12 foot wide and the 10 foot dividers are all solid wood/heavy steel construction. They are all four sides and can stand alone clipped together as they share two common walls, on dirt or cement. I am selling for my cost not including the labor for the 106 boards that had to be cut and slid into the channels and finished off. It took 3 days to complete the work cutting the boards and finishing them off. If you would like the interlocking mats that go underneath the stalls, those are additional. The mats are 4' x 6' and they fit perfect in the stalls. Each mat weighs 100 lbs so very high quality mats.. I am trying to make these very affordable and get them sold. Make reasonable offer.
